Oh my … :(

It seems that like Tina I have lost a little of my mojo!

I did weigh in yesterday but Ella kept me busy for most of the day and I didn’t get a chance to post my figures for this week.

My weigh in was a little disappointing (again), I was 105.6kg  -  That means another small increase for me - up by .2kg

I am a little disappointed in myself as I know how much I will benefit from losing the weight and I also know that I need to do this so I can have a long and healthy life with my family.

So I am going to try extra hard this week to do more exercise and eat better meals and cut out the naughty snacks when I am out and about.

Move on…nothing to see here!

Yes, I weighed in.

No, I didn’t lose any weight this week.

No, I’m not surprised.

No, I’d rather not disclose my weight this week.

 

But, yes, I have renewed motivation because today is the day I’m starting my Wii Fit challenge with Felicity. And I’m not having her show me up…LOL

Good going, Penny, maintaining your weight this week. Maintaining is better than a gain!

Understandable…..

This week’s weigh in was very understandable. I am the same weight as last week which was 105.4

Very poor reasons actually, a busy week of appointments and I didn’t make time for enough exercise.

I did however still attend my mothers walking group last Wednesday and we went for a 1hr 45mins walk along some awesome walking tracks. It makes exercising more enjoyable when you have someone to do it with! I actually look forward to Wednesday mornings!!

Here’s hoping that next week’s weigh in is better :)

A new start

After talking to Penny today, I realised that I have a recurring pattern happening every time I try to lose weight. I start off really good, focussed and motivated but a few weeks into it, I slowly start losing that motivation and fall into the bad habits again.

I don’t know why.

But today I have the urge to start again (AGAIN!) and I’m being really brave by sharing a photo of my stats on Wii Fit as of today:

This shows that I have gained 0.6kg in a fortnight taking me back up to 117.7kg, with a BMI of 44.30.

I did 30 minutes on the Wii Fit this afternoon and plan to do 30 minutes each day (I was going to try for an hour but I really don’t see how I can fit in a full hour at this stage).

I also have scored myself a Wii Fit buddy! Felicity @ Downsizing FMLL and I are pairing up (she’s a Wii Fitter too - is that a word?), setting our own goals and providing proof of our exercise by emailing (or posting on our blogs) photos of the total time completed. I’m hoping that this will help me keep accountable.

Another week over …

Well I was keen to get on the scales this morning as I felt I had been "pretty" good and had a feeling it was going to show a loss!

BUT .. imagine my surprise when I get on the scales and weigh in at 105.4!! That is a 1kg loss for me this week! I certainly wasn’t expecting that much!

I am a little confused though, last week I did LOTS of exercise and this week I did some but not as much as last week and my diet really hasn’t changed BUT I managed to lose heaps this week and next to nothing last week! Go figure!

I can’t wait to get back into double figures!! :)
